Rachel Pieper began her career with Gollob Morgan Peddy as an intern in January 2020 and joined the firm full time in August 2020. She currently serves as a Tax Manager, with a primary focus in the Oil and Gas industry. She earned her Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler in August 2021.
Rachel grew up in Tyler, Texas, where she still resides with her spouse and their two children. From a young age, her first goal in life was to become a mother—a dream she proudly achieved. Once that chapter began, she decided to pursue a professional path, and accounting quickly rose to the top of the list. “I’ve always been fascinated by foreign languages,” she jokes. “So naturally, I picked the one with the most spreadsheets.”
Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys reading and spending time in the kitchen. Her favorite pastime is baking and decorating cakes, a hobby that blends creativity and precision—skills she brings to both her personal and professional life.
