Lillian Woolley

Senior Manager

Coming out of high school from New Summerfield, Texas, Lillian “Lil” Woolley wasn’t sure what she wanted to become.  After a couple of years at TJC, she joined the Air Force.  She says she never looked back.

Lil served three years in Japan and three years in Germany, where she met her husband, Don.  In 1993, she returned stateside to Dover, Delaware, where she finished her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, separated from the Air Force, and launched her CPA career with a small firm doing what most CPAs do, taxes and auditing.  A few years later, her husband was promoted, and their family was reassigned to New Jersey.  Over the next 10 years in New Jersey, Lil was blessed to work with great mentors at two CPA firms, where she learned the ins and outs of business valuations and litigation support services as well as insolvency and restructuring services.

After Don’s retirement from the Air Force, Lil was finally able to move her family back home to East Texas, where she joined Gollob Morgan Peddy.  Lil says “Gollob Morgan Peddy was the opportunity I was looking for.  I was so sure I’d end up in Dallas, but East Texas is where my family is and where I want to be”.

Since joining Gollob Morgan Peddy, Lil has specialized in litigation support services, including business valuations, marital dissolution, calculations of damages and other consulting work.  Lil enjoys helping people solve complex problems.  Each new client brings a unique set of challenges and she thinks of it as solving a jigsaw puzzle, but sometimes without the box top.

Lil enjoys spending time with her family, traveling around the country, puttering around her home and reading.
