Earle Crim

Earle Crim has been a fixture in the East Texas business community for more than 40 years. 38 of those he spent as owner of Earle D. Crim, Jr., PC. In 2017 Earle merged his practice with Gollob Morgan Peddy and joined GMP’s partner group.

Over four decades Earle has seen a lot of changes in the industry.

“You know, 40 years ago we were doing most things by hand,” remembers Earle, “Technology is no doubt the biggest change I’ve seen over my career. And it’s been a good change. We are able to work more efficiently, with less paperwork, which allows us more time to work with our clients and plan for the future.”

His goal has always been to develop long-term relationships with clients by meeting their needs. It’s those relationships, says Earle, which have kept him going for 40 plus years.

After joining GMP, Earle has become a leader in our Tax Division. His primary focus is construction, real estate, and oil and gas issues.

Earle, and his wife Suzanne, have three children and seven grandchildren.  They are both active members of First Baptist Church, Tyler.  Earle enjoys spending time with his family and hunting and fishing.
