Business Development Manager

The primary role of this position is to work with the Partners, other managers and staff to increase business opportunities. A successful manager will find potential new clients, cultivate relationships and continue to grow business by developing an extensive referral network to help insure a pipeline of potential clients. 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field-MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of business experience-preferably in a CFO or CEO role
  • CPA preferred
  • Proven ability to build a network of business professionals

Tax Manager

A manager in the tax department will be involved in most areas for which the partners are responsible. A successful manager has a complete knowledge of the firm's philosophy and policies. Managing the entire return process, the manager will delegate work load, review the finished product and sign off on all completed projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting 
  • Holds a current and valid CPA license

Business Valuation and Litigation Support Manager

A manager should be involved in most of the areas for which partners are responsible. The Valuation and Litigation Support Manager is responsible for preparing necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of complex issues. In addition, preparing narrative reports for valuation analysis is an essential function of this position.

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree
  • A current and valid Certified Public Accountant's license
  • 5+ years of business valuation experience including financial reporting, valuation and appraisal review
  • CFA, ASA, ABV or other  valuation industry credentials
  • Experience in litigation support matters including calculations of economic damages
  • Experience with testimony at trials and depositions

Senior Accountant-Accounting and Audit

 A Senior has the primary responsibility for completion of client engagements within budget, supervising one or more staff accountants as needed and presenting the necessary workpapers for review to a manager or partner.

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree
  • Holds a current and valid certified public accountant's license
  • 2+ years of accounting and audit experience
  • Experience in governmental audits a plus
